retrouv\u00e9 son aspect d&#8217;origine. Pour le compte de l&#8217;<\/em><span><a href=\"https:\/\/wegenenverkeer.be\/\"><em>agence flamande du r\u00e9seau routier<\/em><\/a><em>, Renotec a assur\u00e9 la r\u00e9novation du pont de A \u00e0 Z.<\/em><\/span><em> \u00ab\u00a0Le projet impliquait la d\u00e9molition et la reconstruction d&#8217;une cul\u00e9e avec un tunnel pour cyclistes int\u00e9gr\u00e9. Il fallait donc tout remplacer sauf la dalle de fondation\u00a0\u00bb, explique Tomas Olaerts, chef de projet dans la division<\/em><span><a href=\"https:\/\/renotec.be\/fr\/specialisatie\/renovationdubeton\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em> r\u00e9novation du b\u00e9ton.<\/em><\/a><\/span>\n<h2><strong>Une prolongation de la dur\u00e9e de vie<\/strong><\/h2>\nPour le projet d&#8217;Aarschot, l&#8217;agence flamande du r\u00e9seau routier a fait appel \u00e0 Renotec, qui est notamment sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 dans la r\u00e9novation du b\u00e9ton. Renotec a r\u00e9nov\u00e9 le pont l&#8217;ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re, entre mars et septembre. Cette r\u00e9novation a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e en plusieurs phases, dans le but de prolonger la dur\u00e9e de vie du pont. Durant ce grand entretien, les sp\u00e9cialistes de Renotec ont mis le pont \u00e0 nu. Puis ils ont refait \u00e0 neuf l&#8217;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 des deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s et ont r\u00e9nov\u00e9 le tunnel pour cyclistes sur le chemin de halage. Ensuite, ils ont enti\u00e8rement reconstruit la cul\u00e9e.\u00a0 Pour terminer, Renotec a proc\u00e9d\u00e9 \u00e0 la r\u00e9novation de la chauss\u00e9e et des pistes cyclables traversant le pont.\n<h2><strong>Le b\u00e9ton en mauvais \u00e9tat<\/strong><\/h2>\nAvant la r\u00e9novation du pont, le d\u00e9partement Expertise B\u00e9ton et Acier du D\u00e9partement Mobilit\u00e9 et Travaux publics a constat\u00e9 que la structure du b\u00e9ton \u00e9tait en mauvais \u00e9tat. \u00ab La but\u00e9e, sur laquelle repose le pont, devait \u00eatre enti\u00e8rement remplac\u00e9e. Une simple r\u00e9paration n&#8217;aurait pas suffi. Le d\u00e9fi majeur \u00e9tait de garantir le passage du trafic sur le pont, sur deux voies r\u00e9tr\u00e9cies \u00bb, explique Tomas Olaerts. \u00ab Renotec a une grande exp\u00e9rience dans la r\u00e9paration et la r\u00e9novation des structures en b\u00e9ton. Mais le remplacement d&#8217;une cul\u00e9e enti\u00e8re est, si je ne me trompe pas, une premi\u00e8re pour nous. \u00bb\n<h2><strong>Des grues sp\u00e9ciales<\/strong><\/h2>\n\u00ab La couche interm\u00e9diaire du socle en b\u00e9ton et du tablier du pont ainsi que le b\u00e9ton des socles eux-m\u00eames, devaient \u00eatre remplac\u00e9s \u00bb, poursuit Tomas Olaerts. \u00ab Nous avons d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de remplacer les deux socles s\u00e9par\u00e9s par une poutre unique \u00bb. Pour r\u00e9aliser les travaux, le pont a \u00e9t\u00e9 soulev\u00e9 de 10 mm \u00e0 l&#8217;aide de grues sp\u00e9ciales afin d&#8217;installer une nouvelle couche interm\u00e9diaire. Cet \u00ab appui en n\u00e9opr\u00e8ne \u00bb est constitu\u00e9 de couches de caoutchouc entour\u00e9es de plaques d&#8217;acier. L&#8217;\u00e9l\u00e9ment sert \u00e0 permettre les mouvements dans le pont lorsqu&#8217;il est travers\u00e9 par de nombreux v\u00e9hicules.\n<h2><strong>Une ex\u00e9cution de qualit\u00e9<\/strong><\/h2>\nRenotec s&#8217;appuie sur une \u00e9quipe de sp\u00e9cialistes bien form\u00e9s et exp\u00e9riment\u00e9s pour appliquer des techniques de r\u00e9novation sp\u00e9cifiques et innovantes. Notre avantage sur nos concurrents est que nous pouvons toujours r\u00e9agir \u00e0 l&#8217;impr\u00e9vu. Parfois, la construction est dans un \u00e9tat plus mauvais que pr\u00e9vu. Nous disposons alors de l&#8217;expertise n\u00e9cessaire pour d\u00e9tecter et r\u00e9soudre le probl\u00e8me. Dans le cadre de ce projet, une zone en mauvais \u00e9tat de 8 m\u00e8tres sur 3 \u00e9t\u00e9 trouv\u00e9e sur le tablier du pont. Sans retard ni adaptation du calendrier, nous avons pu r\u00e9parer cette zone correctement, en plus du reste.\u00a0\u00bb\n<h2><strong>Le chantier final<\/strong><\/h2>\nLa r\u00e9novation du pont d&#8217;Aarschot est \u00e9galement le chantier final pi\u00e8ce d&#8217;un projet plus vaste confi\u00e9 par l&#8217;agence flamande du r\u00e9seau routier. Au total, neuf ouvrages d&#8217;art ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9nov\u00e9s. Dont trois ponts \u00e0 Wezembeek-Oppem, trois ponts pour cyclistes \u00e0 Strombeek-Bever et un tunnel pour cyclistes \u00e0 Hofstade. \u00ab\u00a0Nous sommes satisfaits du r\u00e9sultat final, tout comme le client, et sans doute aussi l&#8217;utilisateur final. Et le projet s&#8217;est tr\u00e8s bien d\u00e9roul\u00e9.
