Dans cet environnement, la d\u00e9gradation biog\u00e9nique est la plus intense et une r\u00e9paration en profondeur de la surface peut s\u2019av\u00e9rer n\u00e9cessaire.<\/strong><\/p><p>Renotec propose les alternatives suivantes pour mener \u00e0 bien ces types de r\u00e9parations :<\/p><ul><li>B\u00e9ton projet\u00e9 : Apr\u00e8s l\u2019\u00e9limination du b\u00e9ton endommag\u00e9 et un nettoyage en profondeur, la surface est remise \u00e0 forme gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la projection d\u2019un mortier \u00e0 base de ciment et r\u00e9sistant aux sulfates. Le gunitage peut \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9 \u00e0 la fois selon la m\u00e9thode s\u00e8che ou la m\u00e9thode humide. Un chevauchement peut \u00e9ventuellement \u00eatre appliqu\u00e9, celui-ci pouvant servir de couche de compensation.<\/li><li>R\u00e9sine \u00e9poxy : Si aucun chevauchement ne peut \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9, Renotec peut, apr\u00e8s un nettoyage pr\u00e9alable en profondeur, appliquer une couche de r\u00e9sine \u00e9poxy sp\u00e9ciale de quelques millim\u00e8tres. Cette nouvelle couche est plus r\u00e9sistante aux attaques des gaz biog\u00e8nes, ce qui permet de prolonger consid\u00e9rablement la dur\u00e9e de vie de la construction.<\/li><li>Mortier polym\u00e8re : L\u2019utilisation d\u2019un mortier polym\u00e8re adapt\u00e9 pour la remise \u00e0 forme de la surface peut \u00e9galement \u00eatre fournie par Renotec en guise de solution. Apr\u00e8s un nettoyage pr\u00e9alable minutieux, ce mat\u00e9riau est appliqu\u00e9 manuellement sur la surface, sur une \u00e9paisseur de 1 \u00e0 2cm. Le mortier polym\u00e8re pr\u00e9sente une r\u00e9sistance chimique sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 celle du mortier de b\u00e9ton projet\u00e9 \u00ab classique \u00bb.<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>En plus des techniques et des produits mentionn\u00e9s ci-dessus, la dur\u00e9e de vie des bouches d\u2019\u00e9gout peut \u00e9galement \u00eatre prolong\u00e9e gr\u00e2ce au placement d\u2019un nouveau puits dans le puits existant \u00e0 r\u00e9nover. On parle en l\u2019occurrence d\u2019un syst\u00e8me de type \u00abpuits dans le puits\u00bb. Les bouches d\u2019\u00e9gout pr\u00e9fabriqu\u00e9es sont en plastique renforc\u00e9 \u00e0 la fibre de verre (PRV), en poly\u00e9thyl\u00e8ne haute<br \/>densit\u00e9 (PEHD), en polypropyl\u00e8ne (PP) ou en polychlorure de vinyle (PVC).<\/p><p>Dans ce type de r\u00e9novation d\u2019\u00e9gouts, le couvercle, la gaine et la plaque d\u2019\u00e9gout existants sont tout d\u2019abord retir\u00e9s, puis le nouveau puits pr\u00e9fabriqu\u00e9 est plac\u00e9 dans le puits existant et les<br \/>conduites sont raccord\u00e9es. L\u2019espace entre l\u2019ancien et le nouveau puits est ensuite rempli \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un mortier de ciment adapt\u00e9, apr\u00e8s quoi la structure sup\u00e9rieure peut \u00eatre finalis\u00e9e.<\/p><p>Nous proposons une solution compl\u00e8te, de l\u2019\u00e9tude du probl\u00e8me \u00e0 l\u2019ex\u00e9cution de la r\u00e9novation.<\/p><p><img fetchpriority=\"high\"
